1292	A bug for high bit-depth coding	chujoh		"When the input parameter InternalBItDepth is set to the value which is greater than 10, although the encoder outputs the bitstream, the decoder outputs “Segmentation fault” and is crashed.
This bug should be fixed until VTM-10.0 quickly due to study high bit-depth coding.

A solution is that in DecLib.cpp, the codes from line 1941 to line 1947 should be off when the profile is “none”.
