366	Dual-Tree I-slices within P/B Frames	bheng		"I-slices in multi-slice P/B frames aren't handled properly when Dual-Tree is enabled.  The use of ""cs.slice->isIntra()"" within the CS::isDualITree() function causes issues, mostly in Deblocking and SAO.  

Specifically, the ""cs.slice"" pointer refers only to the last slice decoded in the picture.  When pictures contain mixed slice types, using ""cs.slice"" during any post-decode steps will not work correctly.
