is missing a check for isRefPicSameSize for the RPR case. 

Without this check, RPR still disables BDOF at a later point.  However, not until after calling xSubPuBio, which results in each 16x16 sub-block being handled separately.  

Calling RPR interpolation for individual 16x16 sub-blocks gives a different result than calling it once for the whole PU (because of accumulation of errors in xStep and yStep).
