In 8.5.3.2.2 Luma sample bilinear interpolation process, the variable refWraparoundEnabledFlag is used without being defined. Based on the inputs when this process is invoked in 8.5.3.2.1  General, I believe that refWraparoundEnabledFlag is meant as one of the inputs of this process. However, it is missing from the list of inputs at the beginning of the process.

2. In 8.5.6.1 General, process 8.5.6.3 (fractional sample interpolation process) in invoked 3 times with a correct number of inputs, but listed in the wrong order (i.e. it does not follow the order listed at the beginning of the process). Is this potentially an issue? In addition, some inputs are missing when this process is invoked in 8.5.7.1 General.
