Bitstream file name:
STILL_B_1.bit

Explanation of bitstream features:
This bitstream tests a Main 10 Still Picture decoder’s capability of decoding the first picture of a bitstream conforming to the Main 10 profile when the first picture of the bitstream is a GDR picture with ph_recovery_poc_cnt equal to 0.

The bitstream contains 5 pictures. A Main 10 Still Picture decoder is only required to decode the first picture of a bitstream conforming to the Main 10 profile when the first picture is an IRAP or GDR picture with ph_recovery_poc_cnt equal to 0, according to the following section in the VVC specification:

A.3.1	Main 10 and Main 10 Still Picture profiles
...
Decoders conforming to the Main 10 Still Picture profile at a specific level of a specific tier shall also be capable of decoding of the first picture of a bitstream when both of the following conditions apply:
–	That bitstream is indicated to conform to the Main 10 profile, to conform to a tier that is lower than or equal to the specified tier, and to conform to a level that is not level 15.5 and is lower than or equal to the specified level.
–	That picture is an IRAP picture or is a GDR picture with ph_recovery_poc_cnt equal to 0, is in an output layer, and has ph_pic_output_flag equal to 1.

Profile, tier, and level for the bitstream:
Main 10 profile, Main tier, Level 2

Max picture width and height, and any additional picture width and height values used (i.e., for reference picture resample or scalability):
Max picture width is 416
Max picture height is 240

Picture rate:
Picture rate is 30

VTM decoder release version number able to correctly decode the bitstream with identical output, or description of VTM decoder incompatibility (preferably including a corresponding error tracking issue number.):
The bitstream can be decoded using VVC software tagged as VTM-12.0.

VTM release version number used to generate the bitstream, if applicable:
The bitstream was created using a modified encoder based on VVC software VTM-12.0.
