/cfg/per-class/formatRGB.cfg is silent on colorspace conversion

Description
Common test conditions for RGB content request RGB to GBR conversion to be used. However, /cfg/per-class/formatRGB.cfg is not doing that. It seems the feature is "hidden" in the sequence specific configuration files. This is confusing as it is really a class/format based option instead of something related to a specific sequence.
It is suggested to include the RGB to GBR conversion related parameters to /cfg/per-class/formatRGB.cfg:
InputColourSpaceConvert : RGBtoGBR
SNRInternalColourSpace : 1
OutputInternalColourSpace : 0
