Description
In 8.5.5.3 Derivation process for subblock-based temporal merging candidates, when deriving ( xSb, ySb ), the description is: "The luma location ( xSb, ySb ) specifying the top-left sample of the current coding subblock relative to the top left luma sample of the current picture ". However, based on the equation below, it seems to be the center sample of the current coding subbblock, not the top-left one.

Thanks for reporting. Suggest to call it "below-right center" since there is no sample exactly in the center.
