Description
In getInterMergeSubPuMvpCand() the sub-block (i.e. 8x8 ) level TMVP derivation is redundant when the PU size is 8x8 and macro "JVET_L0198_L0468_L0104_ATMVP_8x8SUB_BLOCK" is on.
