Description
"sps_sbt_enabled_flag equal to 1 specifies that subblock transform for inter-predicteds CU is enabled for the CLVS."
should be changed to
"sps_sbt_enabled_flag equal to 1 specifies that subblock transform for inter-predicted CUs is enabled for the CLVS. "
