Description

The inputs refIdxL0 and refIdxL1 are not needed for Section 8.5.6.6.2 (Default weighted sample prediction process).

Also, xCb and yCb need to be added as inputs to 8.5.6.6.2 since they are required to determine ciip_flag[xCb][yCb] .
