I tested with the patched VTM decoder in main (ec4bb116). The decoder can decode all streams in the VTM-pre-11.0 directory and with the macro disabled in the VTM-10.1 directory, except for the following:

  • Streams containing VPS need to be regenerated for #1423 (only available in VTM-10.0)
  • RAP_A_HHI_1 and RAP_B_HHI_1 need decoder fixes as reported in #1413 and #1414
