Description
The names of the syntax elements num_slices_in_pic_minus1 and num_tiles_in_slice_minus1 in the semantics of gci_one_slice_per_pic_constraint_flag should likely be pps_num_slices_in_pic_minus1 and sh_num_tiles_in_slice_minus1, respectively.
