Bad aud_pic_type value

Description
In VPS_C_ERICSSON_1 the first AU has an AUD with aud_pic_type equal to 0 implying that only I slices are present in the AU.
However, the second PU in the AU contains a B slice (slice_type = 0)
The same issue is present in OPI_B_Nokia_2.
