Description
In Section 7.4.4.2 of the specification the following typo should be corrected:
gci_present_flag equal to 1 specifies that GCI syntax elements are present in the general_constraints_info( ) syntax structure. gci_present_flag equal to 0 specifies that GCI fields are not present in the general_constraints_info( ) syntax structure.
The semantics of the GCI syntax elements specified in this clause apply when gci_present_flag is equal to 1. When gci_present_flag is equal to 0, the general_constraint_info( ) general_constraints_info( ) syntax structure does not impose any constraint.
