Description
The first bullet item in clause 7.4.2.4.5 (Order of VCL NAL units and their association to coded pictures) is as follows:
– For any two coded slice NAL units A and B of a coded picture, let subpicIdxA and subpicIdxB be their subpicture level index values, and sliceAddrA and sliceAddrB be their sh_slice_address values.
The phrase "subpicture level index" should be replaced with "subpicture index" (removing "level").

H.266 (09/23) is now in force and when I read clause 7.4.2.4.5 it says "subpicture level values". According to this ticket #1556, and contribution JVET-AA0048, the suggestion was to replace "subpicture level index values" by "subpicture index values".
It appears to me that "subpicture level values" in (09/23) should be replaced by "subpicture index values".
