Description
The following has been integrated into paragraph "8.3.4.2.1 General intra sample prediction" of the spec (VVC Draft 4 v1), but this condition was not adopted from JVET-M0238:
"nTbW is less than MaxTbSizeY, nTbH is less than MaxTbSizeY"
Remark: this condition is not integrated into VTM4.0rc1
