Description
In proposed draft text, the is12 (or isMtt) context is dependent on the mttDepth, but in the current implementation it is dependent on the btDepth.
As the spec does not maintain btDepth, the easier solution is to adapt the software.
Attached are the test results on top of the original results.
I'm preparing a merge request right now.
