Description
Reported by Xiaozhong Xu
SCC TGM sequences performance was tested using both VTM-4.0 and VTM-4.0.1. It is reported that by using VTM-4.0.1, about 5%/10% RA/LDB losses were observed over VTM-4.0. The major changes come from Console and Desktop sequences. When HashME option is turned off, the performance difference between the two software versions becomes negligible (within +-0.1% for RA).

For documenting here as well:
The merge request was merged, but it was asserted that this does not fix the whole problem. A patch was attached to the merge request that is supposed to fix this.
