Description

regular_merge_flag was missed in "Table 9-17 - Assignment of ctxInc to syntax elements with context coded bins". The following line should be added:

regular_merge_flag[ ][ ] cu_skip_flag[ ][ ] ? 0 : 1 na na na na na
