Description
In sub-clause 8.5.2.6 on Derivation process for history-based merging candidates, the termination of adding HMVP candidates shall be based on whether numCurrMergeCand is less than (MaxNumMergeCand − 1).
Suggested changes are:
For each candidate in HmvpCandList[ hMvpIdx ] with index hMvpIdx = 1..NumHmvpCand, the following ordered steps are repeated until numCurrMergeCand is equal to 5 MaxNumMergeCand − 1:
