Description
Following typos to be corrected in Sec. 8.4.5.1
1) Eq. 8-49: ";" should be ":"
2) Eq. 8-50: "Min" should be "Max"; for 1xN, 2xN subblocks (nW = 1 or 2), the prediction region width should be set to 4 and so it should be Max.
3) Eq. 8-60: Ceil() is not required, pbFactor should be set to nPbW/nW; when nW equal to 1 or 2, nPbW equals 4. In other cases nPbW = nW.
