Description
In the meeting notes of the Geneva (N) meeting it was noted:
Adopt restructuring of buffering period and picture timing SEI messages as proposed, except removal of bp_seq_parameter_set_id in buffering period SEI, from JVET-N0353. Decision: Adopt
Removal of bp_seq_parameter_set_id was not in the proposal, but suggested as additional action in plenary review and agreed to by the proponent (me). I think the notes try to capture that, but may have room for different interpretation.
bp_seq_parameter_set_id is still in the draft, but should be removed.
