Description
"– The variable sO is derived ... as specified in Table 8-6." should be
"– The variable fO is derived ... as specified in Table 8-6." as used in equation (8-64).
Accordingly, the caption of table 8-6
"Specification of offset factor sO ..." should be
"Specification of offset factor fO ...".
