Description
At least in the sections C.3.3 Picture output and C.5.2.4 "Bumping" process, the language of "using the conformance cropping window specified in the SPS for the picture" should be corrected by replacing SPS with PPS.

Fixed, by just removing "specified in the SPS", in a document we are preparing to be submitted as an editorial input to the 16-th JVET meeting.

conformance_window_flag equal to 1 indicates that the conformance cropping window offset parameters follow next in the SPS.
SPS should be replaced with PPS in the semantics.
