Description
The issue in the title was reported at the Gothenburg meeting. A corresponding merge request
https://vcgit.hhi.fraunhofer.de/jvet/VVCSoftware_VTM/merge_requests/857
has been submitted along with this ticket, which is still pending verification that it does not affect SDR CTC coding and fixes HDR CTC coding. Once that's done, I'll remove the WIP prefix.
