parameters cntL, cnT and tables pickPosL, pickPosT used in section "8.4.5.2.13 Specification of INTRA_LT_CCLM, INTRA_L_CCLM and INTRA_T_CCLM intra prediction mode" are not defined

Thanks for looking into this.
Checked and I agree that they are defined, but as cntN and pickPosN with N beeing replaced by L and T so that's why it may hard to search and find them in the text.

These parameters are defined right after the derivation of bCTUboundary.
