Description
The semantics of vps_independent_layer_flag mentions that it controls if "vps_layer_dependency_flag[ i ] is present in VPS". vps_layer_dependency_flag does not exist. Should it be vps_direct_dependency_flag instead? The number of indices is also different i.e. vps_direct_dependency_flag has two indices instead of one.
Other possible minor editorial issue: In ILRP definition, the term "current picture" is marked in italic. However, there is no definition for this term.
