Description
When incorporating JVET-P0301 (on the decoding process for the implicit TU partitioning), there were missing parts as below.
1.
In Eq. (8-46) of 8.4.5.1, “verSplitFirst” should be “!verSplitFirst”.
2.
The changes already made on 8.4.5.1 (General decoding process for intra blocks) as incorporating JVET-P0301 are required for 8.5.8 (Decoding process for the residual signal of coding blocks coded in inter prediction mode).
