Description
The JVET-P_Notes_dD says:
"Reserve nuh_layer_id values 56 to 63, inclusive, in VVCv1 [JVET-P0362][SW/R. Sjöberg] Decision (extensibility): Agreed."
JVET-P2001-vB says:
"The value of nuh_layer_id shall be in the range of 0 to 56, inclusive"
The draft should say:
"The value of nuh_layer_id shall be in the range of 0 to 55, inclusive"
