Description (last modified by ksuehring)

suggest to replace in VLCWriter.cpp (Ln863)

 CHECK(pcSPS->getChromaFormatIdc() != CHROMA_444, "BDPCM for chroma can be used for 444 only.")
      }

with

 CHECK(pcSPS->getBDPCMEnabled() == BDPCM_LUMACHROMA && pcSPS->getChromaFormatIdc() != CHROMA_444, "BDPCM for chroma can be used for 444 only.")
      }

This report seems to be about a version prior to VTM-7.0rc1.
The code in VTM-7.0rc1 is:

        CHECK(pcSPS->getBDPCMEnabled() == BDPCM_LUMACHROMA, "BDPCM for chroma can be used for 444 only.")
