Memory bandwidth calculation in DMVR and BDOF

Description
On measuring memory bandwidth of DMVR and/or BDOF, VTM outputs wrong memory bandwidth.
In absence of DMVR, BDOF bandwidth numbers also looks incorrect.
This defect has no impact to coding performance.
