Mismatch between spec and SW for the combination of DMVR and weighted prediction

Description
After the integration of ticket #435 (https://jvet.hhi.fraunhofer.de/trac/vvc/ticket/435), the spec and SW became mismatch in the case of DMVR is applied for a CU with chroma weighted factor.
In such case, chroma WP is applied in SW but not applied in spec.
Suggest to revert to modification of ticket #435 to align spec to SW.

This has been fixed in JVET-Q2001-v7 with the adoption of WP + BDOF/DMVR (JVET-Q0128).
