Description
Subclause 6.5.2 'Up-right diagonal scan order array initialization process' is referenced as 'the up-right diagonal and raster scan order array initialization process as specified in clause 6.5.2' in 7.4.3.3 Sequence parameter set RBSP semantics.
The 'and raster' seems incorrect.
