Description
In D.9.2 Use of the film grain characteristics SEI message and D.9.3 Use of the decoded picture hash SEI message: "BitDepthY and BitDepthY are both set equal to BitDepth". Should it be "BitDepthY and BitDepthC are both set equal to BitDepth" instead? Also, should the Y and C be subscripts?
