Description

  1. There is a typo in the name of vps_hrd_max_tid in the VPS syntax: it is signalled as "hrd_max_tid" in the VPS syntax.
  1. The array OlsLayerIdx is derived in the VPS semantics, but does not seem to be used anywhere within the specification. Is this array really needed?

Thanks! Item 1 has been fixed in an earlier version. For item 2, the derivation of OlsLayerIdx will be removed in JVET-S2001-v6.
