Description
In R2001-vA, Note6 under sps_num_ref_pic_lists[ i ],
"there may be one ref_pic_list_struct( listIdx, rplsIdx ) syntax structure directly signalled in the slice headers of a current picture" should be changed to "there may be one ref_pic_list_struct( listIdx, rplsIdx ) syntax structure directly signalled in the picture headers or slice headers of a current picture", since ref_pic_list_struct() may also be signaled in PH.
