Description
In R2001-vA, the semantics of rpl_idx[ i ],
"...that is used for derivation of reference picture list i of the current picture"
should be changed to
"that is used for derivation of reference picture list i of the current picture or slice"

Thanks for reporting, this is fixed in D10 (JVET-S2001)
