Description
The term "PicWidthInCtb" in equation 112 is not defined and should probably be "PicWidthInCtbsY".
Also, the terms "tileRowBd" and "tileColBd" used in this equation may need to be changed to uppercase "T" throughout the text, because "Variables starting with a lower case letter are only used within the clause in which they are derived." These two are defined in Section 6.5.1 and used later here in Section 7.4.8.
