Number of inputs when invoking process 8.5.6.1 General

Description
When process 8.5.6.1 is invoked in 8.5.1 General decoding process for coding units coded in inter prediction mode, dmvrSAD is only listed as input to the process for luma (cIdx equal to 0), but not for chroma, so that the number of inputs is wrong when invoking the process for chroma (happens twice).
