Description
In 8.5.2.2 Derivation process for luma motion vectors for merge mode, when invoking 8.5.2.4 Derivation process for pairwise average merging candidate (step 8), the half sample interpolation filter index hpelIfIdxavgCand of candidate avgCand is not listed among the outputs, so that the number of outputs is wrong.
