Description
sps_subpic_id_signalling_flag is used in 7.3.2.6 picture header RBSP syntax but not defined anywhere else. I guess it is a typo, the flag should be sps_subpic_id_signalling_present_flag.

Good catch! Thanks! Just fixed in an editorial input being prepared. I also fixed a few other typos: sps_/pps_/ph_subpics_id_signalling_present_flag -> sps/pps/ph_subpic_id_signalling_present_flag.
