Description
Figure 7 splits the final tile column vertically which shall not be allowed by VVC spec. There are also mistakes on slice boundary drawing which makes it look like one slice is crossing two tiles. Suggest to restore previous figure 7 in D7vD.

Will fix the figure together with the following modified text in the editorial input to the next meeting:
Figure 7 shows an example of subpicture partitioning of a picture, where a picture is partitioned into 18 tiles, 12 on the left-hand side covering each 1 slice of 4 by 4 CTUs and 6 tile on the right-hand side covering 2 vertically stacked slices of 2 by 2 CTUs. Altogether resulting in 24 slices and 24 subpictures of varying dimensions.
